Oklahoma Maternity and Newborn Photographer - Baby O

I always say that I'm up for a fun challenge when it comes to trying something new. I was contacted by this mama just a few short weeks before her baby girl was due. She had requested some timeless, intimate maternity images to document this special time in their life. My maternity image are usually taken outdoors, so I hadn't yet had the opportunity to try out a in studio maternity shoot. I gladly accepted the chance to work with this gorgeous couple, and I'm SO glad that I did. Not only were we able to create some beautiful, maternity images, but I really feel like I made some new friends in the process. It was so amazing to work with these two, to witness their love for each other.

Here are a few of my favorites from their maternity shoot.

And of course I was overjoyed when they decided they also wanted newborn photos. I love snuggling all the babies! This sweet baby girl stole my heart the day of her newborn session. I love being an Oklahoma newborn photographer. She was wide awake when her parents arrived, and it probably took me a good 30 minutes of just hanging out with her until she feel asleep. I really feel like I get to know "my" babies when they're awake first. I get to look into their sweet eyes. Have I mentioned how much I love what I do? Anyway, once sweet baby O drifted off to sleep, she didn't wake once. I always start all of my sessions with Froggy pose, and this baby girl rocked it! I have never gotten so many froggy images with one baby before. I just kept putting hats on her b/c she was so perfect haha.

I just absolutely loved working with and photographing this lovely family of 3. I hope you love their photos as much as I do. Baby O looked so beautiful wrapped in yellow. It really made her pop.

These images might be my very favorite. I love photographing brand new families. My style is very natural and raw. There is something so timeless about these images. I hope they blow them up really big!

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog today. If you would, can you leave a comment below for this beautiful family? Thanks!
