This family was just so fun to be around and work with. I drove up to Ponca City for the afternoon for a in home newborn lifestyle session. I also did some posed shots too, but who can resist this cuteness! The newest addition was number 5 for mom and dad. And not only was she the 5th child, but she's also the 5th girl! She is already so very loved by her big sisters.
I really loved spending time in their home. Mama is a fabulous decorator! Seriously, her home is so beautiful. The headboard in their bedroom, swoon! I asked her if she would come decorate my house. Her decorating skills made for some great backdrops for their lifestyle newborn pictures.
One of baby girl's big sisters was a huge fan of the camera. I wanted to take her home with me when I left! You'll see her featured a lot because she just loved smiling for me. And baby M is her favorite thing in the world right now.
One shot I've been wanting to try for a while is baby in dad's arms with a black background. This one might be my new favorite! It's so simple, and so sweet. I love how peaceful baby girl looks. Check it out below.
In home sessions don't always have to take place inside. We traveled across the street to a park and finished the session out there. It was such a beautiful spot. And it's special to the family because they spend a lot of time out there together.
I love being able to go into people's homes and capture their new lives with their little ones. Newborn in-home lifestyle sessions are a favorite of mine. They create such personal pictures for the family to treasure forever.
