Newborn photography is a huge passion of mine. I am so grateful that I get to live out this dream, and in my hometown of Stillwater, Oklahoma. March is turning out to be a crazy busy month. Which I'm so thankful for. Including all my model babies, I will have 10 newborns in March. I feel like that's a new record! Baby Avery was the best way to start out my month. Just check out her fantastic smile she gave me!
A couple of things that are going on this month. I just announced that I will now be offering newborn mini sessions. The details can be found on my pricing page (you can click here). I'm really excited to be offering these. It's a great way for someone to get precious, high end pictures of their sweet newborn baby without the commitment of a full session. Also, spring is in full swing right now, which means I'm now booking family sessions through May. I am limiting my sessions to 2 per weekend so I don't have a ton of spots. Be sure to get on my calendar sooner rather than later. Lastly, have you seen the new Disney Movie "Moana"? It's pretty much on repeat at our house right now, and I'm not complaining. It's just such a great movie. I love the music, storyline, and the meaning behind the story. And the ending is just so beautiful. I get chills every time I watch it.
But enough about me, let's get to that sweet baby girl! Avery was the sweetest little thing. She had a head full of hair (I asked, and mom said it was heartburn galore), and beautiful long eyelashes. I got to meet her awesome parents when they came in for their newborn consultation last month. I love setting up these consults before baby is born. It gives the parents a chance to meet me and see the studio space, and they get to look through all of my ADORABLE props and pick what they want for their session. Avery's parents picked out some beautiful props to compliment the features of their sweet girl. I think my favorites from this session are the ones on the pink backdrop where she's all tucked in.
